, /about
We scope, build, and ship software your business runs on. Three rules: demo every two weeks, fixed price before we start, live on a known date.
Synalytics was founded in 2024 by engineers tired of agency waste: retainers that drifted, estimates that tripled, and projects that shipped six months late. We set three rules and kept them.
Demo every two weeks. Fixed price before we write a line. Live on a known date. We work from Mauritius, we work remotely with anyone, and we stay after the handover.
No bench
to keep busy.
The people on your project were picked for your project. A small core, plus people we have worked with before, brought in when your work needs what they do.
An agency carries a bench, and a bench has to be kept busy. That is the pressure behind the retainer that never ends and the scope that quietly grows on you. There is no bench here, so the only reason you will ever be offered a bigger build is that you need one.
It is also why you can be talked out of one.
The fair question
If the team is assembled per project, who is accountable?
Your contract is with the studio, not with whoever was assigned to you. The fixed price, the date and the support after handover hold whoever writes which part, and the same people run your project from the first call to the handover.
Who does the work
- Data science and AI
- MSc
- Research
- Doctorate, United States
- Hospitality and banking operations
- 10 years inside them
- Assembled
- per project, not from a bench
You talk to the people writing your code, not to an account manager who relays it.
/principles
Demo every two weeks
Working software on a staging URL every two weeks. No slides, no status reports, no surprises at the end.
Fixed price before we start
You see the number before we write a line of code. The quote is the invoice.
Live on a known date
Your delivery date is set in week one, and it goes into the scope you approve before you sign anything.
We stay after launch
Handover, training, and an optional retainer for iteration and support after go-live.
Technology agnostic
The tool is picked for your problem and the stack you already run, not because it is the one we like shipping.
Built in Mauritius
Studio in Mauritius. Remote by default, and planned around your time zone.
Two things
we turn down.
, 01
Work that is not worth automating
Your workflow gets scored before it gets quoted. If the number does not justify the build, you hear that, and you keep your money for something that earns it.
, 02
A project without a named owner
You need one person who can approve the scope and answer a question inside a day. Without them, a fixed price and a fixed date are both fiction, and you would be buying neither.
Where we have
actually worked.
Hospitality
Ten years inside it before this studio existed, on the operations side. You are explaining your problem to someone who has had it.
Banking
The same ten years. Reconciliation, reporting, and the month-end that never closes on time.
Events and ticketing
TECHN9T and Mauritius Battle Games, both named on the work page, both live. Ticketing, and the operations behind an event that has already sold seats.
Mobility and rentals
Fleet Nest, named, plus Mobilio, which is ours. The maintenance you would be handed on one of these is maintenance we already carry on the other.
HR and payroll
Staffio, ours, written around Mauritian labour law rather than translated into it.
Retail, marketing, professional services
Seven more projects across these, none of which we can name. They are on the work page as the domain and the outcome, with the client withheld.
Three of these clients are named on the work page. The rest are under agreements we are not going to break for a logo wall.
United States
Client relationships, business development, and strategic consulting.
Mauritius
Technology hub: development, implementation, and technical support.
